I was pleasantly surprised by the availability of a room with a balcony and a view of the old fortress remains upon arrival early in the morning, at no extra cost. The room was comfortable and clean, making for a cozy stay. However, the dining options were lacking, leaving room for improvement. The service was a bit mixed, with some helpful and friendly staff but less helpful when one of our door keys needed reprogramming.
